Raw materials, e.g. copper are expensive and increasingly rare. This also affects the cables used, as they become thinner and thinner.

Using the bending test, we verify the mechanical strength of a cable and strain relief. For example, at the distinctive weak points of an external power supply, the cable suffers frequent changes of direction and a cable break might occur.

Our self-developed system is able to simulate up to 20 bending cycles per minute.
