For most of the electronic products, a static dust test is not sufficient. We developed a testing system specifically for electronic products to check dust tightness.
It’s used, for example, for Smartphones, mobile WiFi hotspots or even modern electronic car keys.

Via an exact adjustment of the test area with its special internal design, rotational speed and the amount of artificial dust, a characteristic defect pattern of the test device is generated.

Our test simulates the use of a portable device by the end user during daily life. This ensures the functionality of the product about the complete life cycle.

This test can be used as a dust ingress test according to IP5x.
